Muscular AbsAre muscular abs your goal, or would you prefer to settle for firm flat abs instead? I know that personally speaking I started out with the goal of getting muscular abs, but as time passed by and I went through the motions of getting my muscular abs, I slowly changed my mind. Now, instead of wanting muscular abs, I have decided to settle for firm flat abs instead. There is a hint of a six pack lurking around to be seen, but for the most part, my abs are not muscular, they are flat and firm. |
